Low carb is effective for some, but I find the most success with high-fiber diets, while reducing caloric intake.

Mike, You are right, many people assume that when you are on a low carb diet you don't have to eat sensibly or count calories. I count calories and carbs and consume fiber foods. I love my salads and veggies. I make an effort to stay away from processed, canned, boxed or bagged foods. This helps tremendously not just with weight control but with an overall health and feeling of well being. Personally I feel that a good choice of fresh fruits, veggies and lean meats can make any diet a success and everyone has to find what works for them. Thanks for stopping in mike, I'm glad to hear from you.
Nothing defines health and fitness in this age, toned bodies and size zero is the requirement of todays generation and because of it many people try just about anything to burn away their excess fat. You can even find medicines such as phentermine, adipex, xenical and Phentremine that claim to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
